Welcome to eCurriculum

Our district has a rich tradition of academic excellence. Today this tradition continues with major advancements in our curriculum and also our efforts through technology to place materials in student hands wherever they might be.

This curriculum management system is being used as a classroom teaching tool to help align our curriculum, keep the curriculum up to date and collaborate with other teachers. The Affton School District staff is working diligently to align all coursework with the existing standards and with the new Common Core State Standards. In this effort staff is attaching existing activities to our Instructional Activity Sheets, while researching new resources that might align more closely with the new standards for math, communication arts and content literacy in social studies and science. As is true of all curriculum, these are living documents and will change as we grow in an effort to meet the needs of all our students. 
 
District Curriculum 

Curriculum is determined by the district and guides what we teach to our students. Affton School District's curriculum is incorporated and implemented to ensure that all students meet the objectives set by the district, state and federal governments.
